    • We’ll send the contract, you pay the deposit, and bam! You have a spot on our calendar that’s JUST for you—because we only work on one project at a time

    • We’ll create our communication hub with all the need-to-know deadlines

02/ The real work begins

We need to do things in a specific order.

  • Now the real work begins …

    • 3-hour 1:1 information collection workshop

    • Research and brand strategy creation

    • Visual brand identity exploration (think mood board and colour palette), fonts, logos & submarks

    • We bring it all together in a brand guideline PDF with accompanying files

    • Lights, camera, pose — you, after getting our photoshoot direction

    • SEO research and final keyword selection

    • Now we step back and our copywriting partner steps in to write your web copy

    • We’ll briefly present the website strategy for your approval

    • Now the fun part: we mock up your home page with all the bells (😉) and whistles. Then, the rest of your website after we get your approval

    • Now, it's time for us to build the website

    • Clean up time! Once you approve the website, we’ll take care of final tasks like SEO meta descriptions, adding tracking pixels, connecting Google Analytics, etc.

03/ After the final payment

The support doesn’t end just because your project does.

  • After your final payment …

    • Your website goes live and we’ll send you 10-12 training videos on the basics of managing your website on your own

    • We’ll send a wrap up email with links to all invoices, final deliverables, and your website URL. Plus, you get 30 days of email support from our team.
