Project scope:

Founder and clinic owner Jenn Arbuckle came to me with an existing website for her health clinic, Whole Health in Brighton, Ontario. She wanted the website “to be more attractive, clear and decisive” and needed the site to flow better from organic website traffic through to new service bookings.

While Jenn wanted all of this for her website, she didn’t want a complete overhaul because she’s busy and knew she wouldn’t have the time to put towards a huge project like that.

She wanted the website to be easy to update (her current website was complicated to use and she had to contact her website management company to make changes) and wanted to promote the use of her online booking system.

Several calls-to-action for easy booking

To push bookings (i.e. the revenue generating services), we added a floating “Book now” button follows the user on each page, as well as specific book now buttons for each service page and individual practitioner.

250%↑ in organic website traffic

6 months after launching, the new Whole Health website has seen a 250% increase in organic website traffic from search engines, which is partially the result of a 268% increase in organic keywords.

Ranking on page #1 for 26 new keywords

The new website is ranking on page #1 of Google for 26 new keywords, and for keywords that the old website previously ranked for, the average position has gone from 43 to 4.5 (almost a 10 times improvement).
